When to drink
Cranberry Juice
FAQ Question:
When should I drink the cranberry juice?

FAQ Answer:
Take your first 200mls straight after you have your breakfast before 9am in the morning. Take the other 200mls after your evening meal at about 7pm. Drink the cranberry juice in about ten minutes and do not dilute it. One carton will give you about five drinks and will, therefore, last about two and a half days.

If you take Warfarin or any other anti-coagulant treatment then you should not drink Cranberry juice or take Cranberry capsules as it can interact with the medication; if you need more information then you should contact your doctor or nurse. Cranberry juice should also not be taken by diabetics as it contains sugar. Cranberry juice is acidic and may cause irritation to the stomach in people who have ulcers or are prone to heartburn.
