FAQ Question: Where do I get an exemption certificate? FAQ Answer: If you suffer from certain medical conditions you may be entitled to free NHS prescriptions (see 'entitlement'). However, you do need an exemption certificate Form FP92 from your Health Authority to say that you do not have to pay.
