What do I do if I have a problem with my appliance?

FAQ Answer:
Few appliances prove faulty because of the very strict quality control and rigorous tests which Coloplast Limited undertake. If you are experiencing difficulties with a Coloplast product please call our Customer Care department on Freephone 0800 220622 (Eire: 1-8000409502) where we have a team of advisors who will be more than happy to assist you.

If you are returning appliances to a manufacturer please follow these guidelines:

Note the product code number
Note the lot number and expiry date
Write a note explaining the difficulties you have experienced
Please ensure your name, address and day time telephone number is enclosed with your returned products
Sate who dispensed your product
Select at random at least five unused appliances from the same batch and return to the manufacturer for testing
For health and safety reasons it is important to only send unused appliances
