How do I make an appointment?
Telephone the dedicated appointment line 0207 467 8452 and someone can check immediate availability and book your appointment there and then. Alternatively, you can book your appointment via email and someone will contact you to arrange an appointment.
How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
When you contact us, if you do not specify a date, you will be offered the first available appointment.
What if I feel I can’t wait for a clinic appointment?
We have an extensive online patient support programme called Coloplast Care, which may answer some of your questions, and you can request a call from one of our Coloplast Care Specialists.
How long will my appointment last
First appointments are likely to be around an hour and follow-up appointments will be shorter.
Who will my appointment be with?
The clinic is run by an experienced Stoma Nurse Specialist who has access to all the latest products available.
What will happen at my appointment?
The nurse will examine your stoma and make her assessment. She will talk to you about any issues you are experiencing and offer tailored advice and recommendations. She will answer any questions you may have and together you will make a plan of action.
What happens next?
The nurse will endeavour to talk to you within 48-72 hours following your appointment to make sure everything is working and you are confident moving forward.

Is there a charge?
There is no charge for UK-based NHS patients.
Do I need a referral from my GP or the hospital?
No. You can self refer and book your own appointment directly with the clinic.
