      Peristeen Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

      1. Only one entry per person permitted.

      2. There will be 4 winners from the prize draw.

      3. The draw will be made on the 14th of September 2018.

      4. The winners of the prize draw will be the first 4 entries drawn at random from valid entries.

      5. The winners will be notified by email or telephone within seven days of the draw date.

      6. The winners will have fourteen days from receipt of the email with which to reply and confirm their success; otherwise a different winner will be chosen at random from the remaining valid entries who will also need to reply within fourteen days to confirm their success.

      7. There are 4 prizes of £100 cash each.

      8. The winners will receive their prize within thirty days of the prize draw date.

      9. The initials and county of the winners will be available within one week of the draw having been made by writing to the promoter at the address shown in paragraph 18.

      10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed for any reason.

      11. The prizes are not transferable

      12. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

      13. The promoter's decision on any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

      14. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

      15. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value, where it becomes necessary to do so.

      16. The prize winners must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.

      17. Individual responses you have provided to the survey questions will be used for market research purposes. The personal details you have provided will only be used for the administration of the prize draw, including our requirement to make the identity of the winners available. Any contact details provided in order to enter the prize draw will be deleted within one month of the draw date.
